Just curious how did it work out? i am thinking about a the mini version of the dev board for the Bittle, both are released after this post. (https://coral.ai/docs/dev-board-mini/datasheet/)
Weight / Dimensions - nearly same size as raspberry pi 3a+ - 65mm by 56mm vs 64mm by 49mm
Power - 2A @ 5V (might be a problem if sustained?? although roughly inline w pi)
Port - roughly same pin out as pi (same power/ground but different IO numbers)
So i think it should work?
(planning on seeing if i can do something similar to Gero did w/ reinforcement learning https://www.petoi.camp/forum/software/reinforcement-learning-opencat-gym)
I've compared a Coral Dev Board to a Pi 4 today, and although the physical dimensions are the same, the Coral won't fit with the y1Pi bracket. The Ethernet connector is too long and would catch the NyBoard. Sad times.
@Rongzhong Li Thank you for the info. From the documentation it looks as though the Coral Dev Bpard has the same phyisical dimensions as a 3B+ and it seems the pinout is similar to the RPi so can be mounted directly to the NyBoard using the y1Pi bracket.
I've opted to try out the Coral Accelerator for the moment though so will see how it all goes.

I don't have experience with Coral Dev board. You need to consider four things:
Dimensions: can it be mounted on?
Weight: is it too heavy?
Power: How much power it requires and what's the voltage level? What's the logic voltage level?
Port: Does it have a serial UART for communication?
