The idea of interchangeable heads may be interesting, but I imagine that a modification of the neck will surely be necessary (the posture of the dog’s head is higher than that of the cat)! As for STL files, there is still work to be done to adapt to the size of Nybble and to adjust the assemblies, but I give the exclusivity to Mr. Rongzhong Li if he wishes.
Would you mind sharing some STL once all parts are aligne and finished? I would love to print those in wood-PLA to give my robot an "exchangeable" head.

You can if you want to finalize it because some dimensions are approximate, not having the actual dimensions of the electrical components and even the actual size of the head !
I tried to respect the maximum proportions having as support only photos.
With the recommended changes.

I shortened the snout and softened the corner of the nose.
The snout over the course will reduce the possible problem of rotation of the angle of inclination of the neck.

I haven’t realized a side view yet not having my kitten yet, I’m not sure of the dimensions! Do you have an example of a sight you’d like to see? Do you have a schematic of the head parts with the ribs? You can use this model, quote me, if it came to life.
