    Pix of assembled 0_2 board?

    在 Basic Assembly and Setup

Just got my kit today - excited!

    Wires scare me.

I've got the NyBoard V0_2 board, a 4-wire cable, a 1x4 header and a 2x5 header. Does anybody have (or can you point me to) a picture of what these parts look like when soldered together? Page 8 of the assembly instructions sound like I should solder the ultrasound board to the NyBoard but.. that doesn't sound correct?

It's gotta be that I solder the 1x4 header to the NyBoard then use the cable.. Right? Not sure which side of the board to solder them to, though - a couple pictures would be very helpful. Electronics are really not my thing.

    Thanks!

    Excellent. TY.

What about the 2x5 block? It seems like that can only go in H1, also on the opposite side of the servo pins.

Yes. It’s also optional only if you mount a Raspberry Pi.

The 4-pin should point up on the opposite side of servo pins. You don't have to solder it for motion.

I don't understand how the 1x4 header can go on the side opposite the servo pins, as well as the Pi 2x5 header -- if you mount it here, when you plug the wires into the 1x4 header it's too tall to then mount the Pi on this side of the Nyboard. What am I missing?

@Jim Rothwell You could put it on the same side of the servo pins if you are going to mount a Pi. You may also use right-angled pins to make the wires insert from the front.
