Unfortunately, I can't connect with Bittle. I am using an android device. As for software, armebi could not be installed due to security reasons. x86_64 and arm64 could be installed. However, when I press Re-scan connection, I cannot find Bittle. The device and Bittle can be linked via Bluetooth, and the Bluetooth App developed by Mr.Struzck works fine in the same connection setting.

I created a python program to see how Bittle behaves. This will not work for studying his gait. Also, it is not a very smart program because I made it by piecing together various sample files. The program reads a file with the behavior converted to csv. The yellow plate shown in the graph is Bittle's new ground. The red arrows are the normal vectors. I really want to modify the Bittle's position to match the new ground, but I don't know how. The result is also output as a gif animation file. For some reason, the csv file could not be uploaded, so please rename action.txt to action.csv.

@Rongzhong Li "You may also use a master computer to send the frames to the robot through serial in real-time." Does master computer mean RPi?　I want to test new skill by python code from RPi without uploading OpenCat.ino.

@Rongzhong Li I used a simple ultrasonic sensor to make this connection. Please forgive the poor picture😓 I tried with a Python program and GPIO combination that works fine when using 5V power from the RPi, but no response when taking 5V power from the Nyboard. Do I need to insert a resistor in the circuit?

I can solder a 2x5 socket on NyBoard to plug in a Raspberry Pi 3A+ . By the way, can anyone advise me on how to provide a 5V power supply for the sensors connected to the Raspberry Pi? I expected it can provide from for Grove socket or their front pinhole on Nyboard, but it seems not to work well.

@Rongzhong Li Yes. Only when I keep I2C switch on “Arduino” position, ardSerial.py works well. When switch to "PI" position, Bittle answers just a short beep sound and no move. And I can't find the fine named cu.BittleSPP~ in /dev directory on my Pi, so I can't fix the error massage [Errno 2] could not open port /dev/cu.BittleSPP~. On the other hand, there is the file "ttsS0", I tried to rewrite the port definition and Bittle can receive the command from Pi. The method I took may not be the proper way, but it is the only solution of my situation.

@Alex Young, Rongzhong Li With your help, I was able to successfully command Bittle from the RasPI terminal. I will note down what I have done to help a newbie like me. 1. run user manual 4.4 to 4.4.2 2. Rewrite line 9 of ardSerial.py. 　port='/dev/ttyS0', 3. no need to change baudrate=115200. 4. Keep the I2C switch in the "Ar du1no" position. Even if you use the command terminal from RasPI. 5. Unplug WiFI and/or Bluetooth adopter to Nyboard. 6. Let's test. Type on your terminal "./ardSerial.py khi" If you set successfully, Bittle will greed you.

@Alex Young I can't find any files named cu.BittleSPP~ , in /dev directory, so I tried to rewrite my ardSerial.py line 9 as follow; port='/dev/ttyS0', The error massage was cleared. The terminal displayed followings; sudo ./ardSerial.py kcrF ['kcrF', 0] !!!!!!! kcrF k After short beep sound, Bittle is just standing, no moving.

I checked my correct Bluetooth name (it is BittleSPP-877324) and replaced my ardSerial.py line 9 as follow; port='/dev/cu.BittleSPP-877324-Port',#'/dev/ttyS0' However, the error was almost the same.　"[Errno 2] could not open port /dev/cu.BittleSPP-877324-Port:" Just to be sure, I tried another pattern, port='/dev/cu.BittleSPP-877324',#'/dev/ttyS0' I found same error No.2.. And I typed on the RasPI terminal "ls /dev | grep Bittle " before and after to execute ardSerial.py.
