We have recently got a Bittle robot through a competition and when mounting it we realized that its IR sensor from the NyBoard is mounted in reverse. Can someone give us guidance with regards to this issue, thanks!
I used the photos in that chapter as reference, it can be seen that in our photos the lens(dome, bump) on the IR sensor is facing the top of the PCB, while in the photos in this chapter, it's facing the bottom. It can be seen especially from this photo. Thanks!
What's your board version? It should be V1_0, V1_1 or V1_2 printed on the top surface. We did swapped the sensor's direction in the design, and you should see the symbol indicating the right direction.
We have the V1_2 version and the symbol seems to be pointing in the right direction so I assume everything is good. Thanks for the help!
