Hey I have the "cyberEye v1.2" from the Bittle Sensor pack: https://www.seeedstudio.com/CH-Bittle-p-4922.html
This is the same MuVision Sensor 3 however without the dip switches to change modes. I was able to flash the latest firmware v1.1.5 to it, but it only comes up in I2C mode. Is there any other way to configure it? Better yet does anyone happen to know what the camera is? I don't really need the built-in recognition and could make use of it as a regular ESP32.

Coming back to answer my own questions, according to https://wiki.dfrobot.com/MU_Vision_Sensor_SKU:%20SEN0314 the camera is a OV7725. Unfortunately the firmware uses eFuse based bootloader encryption, so you're not able to upload custom firmware to it. Oh well!
